Our Promise
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. No stress, no hoops to jump through.
Return Policy
- Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Cost: Free returns for Australian orders. International return shipping is at the customer's cost.
What Can Be Returned
- All clothing items in original condition
- Accessories in original, unused condition
- Items purchased at full price or with a discount code
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags
How to Start a Return
- Email support@avelea.co with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (Australian orders)
- Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest post office
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Just let us know in your return email and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or wrong item, we're truly sorry. Email us at support@avelea.co with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
